You’re invited to our 2️⃣nd annual Lunar New Year potluck! 🍲 This is a time for our community to come together, celebrate our wins from the previous year, and welcome in good luck for 2024. This year, we will host a yeesang, a traditional Malaysian “prosperity salad” that brings fortune to those who toss it! To channel our collective creativity, we’re also making a Hamkae Center dragon 🐉 and decorating red envelopes 🧧 to advance our legislative priorities for the 2024 General Assembly. May this Year of the Dragon bring us courage, strength, and success!
Free and open to all; bring friends + family- come eat and celebrate with us! Please bring a dish to share; we’ll provide some vegan and halal food options, as well.
