Growing Together: Exploring Asian American Perspectives is a series of online workshops for community members to share their experiences, engage in discussion about issues impacting Asian Americans in Virginia, and process our thoughts through creative expression. These workshops are FREE and open to Asian Americans of all ages!
All workshops will be on the last Thursday of each month:
- 5/26 – Nurturing Identities 🌱 – exploring the complexities of Asian American identity
- 6/30 – Roots of Racism 🍠 – examining the way racism impacts our lives (interpersonal, cultural, institutional)
- 7/28 – Language Justice 🗣️
- 8/25 – Education Equity 📚
